Job Title: Operations/Relationship Manager

Reports To: Senior Financial Advisors
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations/Relationship Manager to support our growing wealth management practice. This individual will play a crucial role in executing daily operational functions, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, and streamlining internal processes for improved efficiency and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily trades and transactions as directed by financial advisors.
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve team productivity and service quality.
- Support senior advisors in preparing for and participating in client meetings, including the development of client review materials.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients through consistent, professional communication.
- Provide timely market updates and relevant investment insights to clients and prospects; systematically manage outreach and follow-ups.
- Track client and prospect engagement in CRM systems to ensure thorough communication and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- Series 65, 7 licenses are preferred or willingness and ability to obtain.
- 3–5 years of experience in the wealth management or financial services industry with direct client experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
